  • How to add a new device on the APP?
    Open the APP and click on the plus button/scan button in the upper right corner, and follow the prompts to add devices: For Vitals Detection Radar/Fall Detection Radar, please scan the SN code. For Smart Watch, please scan QR code in: watch-settings. For SOS Button, please scan the QR code after opening the back cover.
  • How many devices can be added to the APP at most?
    There is currently no upper limit.
  • Under what circumstances is there no warranty?
    Please refer to the personal homepage in the APP - About Us -"Terms of Service".
  • How to install the Vitals Detection Radar correctly?
    The device can be flexibly installed on the wall, but it is recommended to be installed by professionals to ensure that the device works properly. Side mounted on a wall at a height of 1-1.3 meters, pay attention to aligning it with the position of the human heart as much as possible.
  • Will Fall Detection Radar record users’ movement tracks or personal information?
    Will not. The radar device is based on millimeter-wave radar technology, which only perceives information such as the presence, position, and posture of the user. It does not record or expose the user's personal information or movement track, protecting the user's privacy.
  • Can the installation location of the Vitals Detection Radar be changed?
    Yes, but it needs to be recalibrated to ensure normal operation and detection accuracy.
  • Does the Vitals Detection Radar have any special requirements for the installation environment?
    This device is suitable for indoor use, please avoid environments with direct sunlight, water immersion, rain, and excessive dust. The operating temperature and humidity range of the equipment is -20°C to 50°C, with a relative humidity of 30% to 90%. Please note that this product is only suitable for areas below 5000 meters above sea level.
  • How to install Fall Detection Radar correctly?
    The device can be flexibly installed on the wall or ceiling, but it is recommended to be installed by professionals to ensure that the device works properly. Side mounted: On walls with an optimal height of 1.5-1.7 meters; Top mounted: The optimal height is 2.4-3 meters.
  • Does Fall Detection Radar have any special requirements for the installation environment?
    The device is suitable for indoor use, but please avoid direct sunlight, water immersion, rain, and excessive dust. The operating temperature and humidity range of the equipment is -20°C to 50°C and 30% to 90% relative humidity. Please note that this product is only suitable for areas below an altitude of 5,000 meters.
  • Is it possible to change the installation location of Fall Detection Radar?
    Yes, but it needs to be recalibrated to ensure normal operation and detection accuracy.
  • Can different types of falls be detected?
    Yes. Radar device can detect various types of falls, including rapid falls, falls from bed, slow falls, and shower falls. However, the alarm issued will only reflect a fall alarm and will not specify the type of fall.
  • Will Fall Detection Radar record users’ movement tracks or personal information?
    Will not. The radar device is based on millimeter-wave radar technology, which only perceives information such as the presence, position, and posture of the user. It does not record or expose the user's personal information or movement track, protecting the user's privacy.
  • Can I receive text messages on my watch?
    Yes. The watch supports the SMS notification function, and you can receive and view SMS notifications from your phone on the watch.
  • What is the waterproof rating of a Smart Watch?
    The Smart Watch is suitable for daily waterproofing, such as hand washing and bathing, but does not support underwater activities such as swimming or diving. Please avoid immersing your watch in water to avoid damaging the device.
  • What should I do if I have allergic symptoms while wearing a Smart Watch?
    If you experience discomfort or allergic symptoms while wearing the Smart Watch, please stop using it immediately and consult a doctor or professional for advice.
  • How to use SOS Button to initiate SOS/two-way call?
    Press and hold the button in the center of the device for 3 seconds until you hear a beep, and the system will take turns making calls to the preset emergency contact.
  • What is the corresponding status of the LED indicator light of SOS Button?
    Red Light: Battery Indicator Light, Slow flash indicates normal, Quick flash indicates low power, Off indicates standby, and Steady on indicates charging. Yellow Light: SIM Signal Light, Slow flash indicates normal, Quick flash indicates searching for signals, Off indicates standby. Blue Light: GPS Signal Light,Slow flash indicates normal, Quick flash indicates searching for signals, Off indicates standby.
  • How does SOS Button save power?
    When the user turns on remote shutdown, the device LED light will go out, the device will not upload positioning and enter deep sleep mode to save power and maximize battery life.
